Q: Why use Bin Clean to clean my roll-out waste containers?
A: Attempting to do it yourself is not only an extremely unpleasant, dirty chore, but is also highly polluting to our environment. Bin Clean's professionals provide peace of mind in knowing that your waste bins have been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and deodorized in order to keep you and your family safe from the foul odors, bacteria and viruses lurking in your dirty bins.
Q: How often should my waste bins be professionally cleaned?
A: We recommend at least quarterly (every 13 weeks), but you may select the frequency of service, or choose our "one-time only" cleaning service without an annual term.
Q: When are the containers cleaned?
A: We schedule your service for the day immediately following your normal collection day. We will clearly indicate your day of service to you in advance. Please leave your bins in an easily accessible location, preferably curbside or along your driveway for service. Also, please ensure that the bins are free from newly discarded trash. Also, please leave the bins accessible until 6:30 PM on the day of your scheduled service.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
A: Bin Clean accepts Visa, MC, Debit Cards and personal checks.
Q: Do I need to sign up on a yearly contract basis?
A: No annual contracts are required. We offer a "one-time only" service. However, our prepaid quarterly plans provide the best value and consistently clean waste bins.
Q: Do I have to have all of my waste bins cleaned?
A: No, you do not. However, Bin Clean has a two bin minimum per service call. If you have three bins (garbage, recycle, yard waste) you can select the same two bins to have cleaned during every service visit or select the three bin option.
